Registration for 2026-2027
We have NEW Pre-registration procedures for the 2026-2027 season. The purpose of this pre-registration is to ensure that existing teams in leagues have a chance to register before new teams, so that existing league members don’t get bumped from the league. Due to significant growth in our membership, we can’t guarantee that everyone will get to join new leagues that interest them.
To qualify for the pre-registration:
You must have been a member in the league in the second half of 2025-2026 season. Do NOT register for any leagues you were not a part of yet, you will be able to add those during regular registration starting on September 10.
In ROC leagues (pick your team), at least 3 members of the team must have been members of the league in 2026, and ALL members of the team must pre-register individually, with each person listing team members so we can track who is on which team. If a 4th or 5th player is new to the league, that is o.k., as long as 3 other players were originally on the team.
You must register between Aug 24- Sept 5. Sometimes the system slows down when there is heavy traffic, so be patient if it seems like you can’t log in at first.
You must complete registration online, or come in person to the office during the pre-registration period. Telling a league rep you want to play will NOT count as a registration, and your spot will not be secured in the league.
If you do not qualify for pre-registration, you must wait until the regular registration opens. If you do not qualify and register anyway, your registration will be cancelled, and you will need to register AGAIN during regular registration.
You should ensure ahead of time that your online access to the website is functional, and all personal information is updated.
Payment is NOT required to complete pre-registration, simply going online and confirming registration is sufficient. Please wait to pay until you have completed all registration, including any new leagues you join after September 10.
Regular Registration
On September 10, registration will open to all curlers, new and old, on a first-come, first-served basis.
In ROC leagues, ONE member will register, naming all team members, so designate a skip or other member to complete this. We will do this to ensure that all registered members have a team, and staff will ensure registration of all remaining members.
Leagues which are no longer “clickable” on the league list are full and cannot take other members.
All members adding a league, signing up for the first time, or joining one of the new leagues will use regular registration to do so.
Checklist:
- Mark dates for registration on your calendar
- Make sure you know all your team members names in your ROC leagues
- Ensure all your personal information is correct
- Register online for leagues you were a part of in Jan-March 2026 in pre-registration (Aug 24-Sept 5) Ensure you hit “confirm my entry”.
- Register for new leagues starting September 10
- Sign waiver pages
- Always hit “Confirm my Entry” at the end of either pre-registration and regular registration.
- Wait for invoice (may take up to 2 weeks) to pay, online or in office.
