BANQUET AND MEETING FACILITY RENTAL
Capacity of the facility is 216 guests seated at tables & chairs or 300 theater style seating without tables.
Room Rates: Full room and Lounge $150/hr
Half room $120/hr
All rental times include setup and take down times
Fully Air Conditioned space
Licensed Lounge ($200 minimum in Sales or the diference will be added to the rental invoice)
Complete audio and visual presentation equipment, Bluetooth Sound system for music
Pool tables, dart boards and shuffleboard game available for recreation
Elevator and fully accessible washrooms.

Rental of the Upstairs Kitchen (with facility rental only)
Minimum - $250.00 + taxes Damage Deposit of $125.00 For the Kitchen
Includes: Dinner plates, cups & saucers, cutlery, use of ovens, fridge
