Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan is not a stagnant document, but one that should be updated and revised at least once every two years. On February 9th, 2011 the Nanaimo Curling Club held a workshop to review the Strategic Plan in order to update and revise the current plan. The updates were made in the Strategies Section of this document.
Each Objective was reviewed by the participants and a decision was made if it had been done, is a work in progress, or if it needed to be reassigned to another area. The “done” items were marked as such, and will be removed from the document when the future revisions are made.
