Sunday Afternoon Curling has a 4:30 pm start time. This league is open to all ages and team mixes and new curlers too! We’ve had curlers as young as 11 years old and curlers well into their 80’s. This is a great way to end your weekend. We rarely miss games due to bonspiels and typically get in 20+ games during the curling season. As we didn’t have any qualifiers for the Olympic Games in Vancouver from our league, we are now turning our attention to the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. That’s right, the Sunday Night Open League of the Nanaimo Curling Club invites you to participate in this fun event. Bring your friends, spouse, kids, visiting dignitaries, neighbours etc.... Don’t have a team? Don’t you worry about that! Never curled before - no sweat, you still have four more years to qualify for Sochi! *NOTE* This league is currently seeking new players.
