This is a competitive open rink of choice league from mid-October to late February (16 games).

Male Curlers must curl in at least one square in one of the CIBC Wood Gundy Senior Men's leagues.

Ladies must curl in at least one other NCC league of their choice

The Mid-Island Co-op is a cash league. Some games are straight up and others are skins format.
